Alumni Weekend
We received $xx.xx from photographer. Only 9 people played golf on Friday. There were 282 people at the banquet. We distributed room keys, so a service person would need to be there. We lost 2 Keys. Between 4 and 6 PM was difficult as keys needed to be distributed and we needed to change for Banquet. There were no negative comments. People loved the wagon rides. Next year we could advertise the golf tournament more and maybe try it on Saturday morning. Perhaps we could have walking tours or tours of buildings. This would require volunteers and security to open the buildings. A big Thank You to the staff for cutting the lawns. Music at the dance was great.
